Been thinking about the bathrooms lately……..
Our kitchen is spectacular…….but the bathrooms? Eeehh, not so much.
………thought we’d share some of our favorite inspiration pictures with you fine folks.
So a little bit modern feeling, mixed with a little vintage …
Slate floor, maybe subway tile walls to the ceiling, big sink, some concrete, open shower area, definitely some wood elements, and brushed stainless fixtures…..
Sounds like a plan…

THE CAVENDER DIARY 
If, in the 20 years you’ve known me, you’ve never taken anything I’ve said to heart, please listen up: consider not only how this stuff looks, but function and (this is important) cleanability. I know lots of folks that have amazing bathrooms, but it takes the better part of a weekend to get them presentable, and then, someone washes their hands and its a wreck again.
You are smart, but that must be said. Also unlikely, but consider this, too: NOTHING looks good in a green toilet. There, you have learned from the mistakes of others, I can continue my day.
Never frear…..We understand how great an “open shower concept” looks on paper…and understand what not to do in our tiny little bathrooms (but I sure do like them)
