Well today is James’s moving day….pray all goes well. House is coming along. I will post some pictures tonight.
Well today was a good day…We got 3 new blinds hung. James is coming along in the painting and I scrapped the popcorn off the ceiling. My mom came and saw the house and she loved it. I am so ready to move in. It’s starting to feel like home. More to come!
This is the first day of painting the living room. The fireplace had some sort of olive/off-white paint on just the front of the bricks…..so we thought we’d try this caviar black. Jamie spent the entire day priming then painting over it . I painted the ceiling flat white ( the previous owner had painted it gloss…I can’t for the life of me imagine why ) We picked a chocolatey brown for the rest of the walls in the house ….haven’t finished the edges yet , but hopefully tomorrow TXU will remember to turn the power on and we can paint at night.
Well it was day 1 of working on the house….I spent all day painting the fireplace BLACK….it’s so pretty. James painted the ceilings and started working on the living room. It’s going to be perfect. We are so excited. Pictures coming soon.
Well is after 6am and we close on the house at 9am. I am so excited to start this new chapter in my life. Hopefully soon James will start posting thing. Have a great weekend!!!!!

Well we close on the house Friday and we did the final walk today. Everything looks good. James is finishing up packing his house. Hopefully we will have people over to the house on Satuday for a little toast before we start working on it. More to come!!!!!
One week from today we close on the new house. We have Uverse and Power…all we need now is Water and Gas. It’s all coming together.
Well we are 10 days from closing on the house and both our houses are a wreck. I hate living like this and i know it’s driving James crazy. He is trying to pack his house and working on Home Collection at the store. We will get thru this i know….but until then welcome to our world.
