Been thinking about black walls lately.

Think they are “dreary”?

Au Contraire…..take a gander

Almost……sexy?

Right?

Instead of being gloomy and cave-like, I think they make everything in front of them “POP”.

Especially elements that we love – stag horn ferns, bus rolls, wood, leather, Atari logos, and cowboy photos.

At first, we were hesitant to paint the fireplace in our den black…….but we loved it instantly.

Not sure if we have a place in the Cavender house for black walls….

….but we might some day. And I’m not ruling them out just yet.
